You have the right to return an item within 14 days from the moment you have received your order.
Send us an e-mail to order@stenbumlingen.se with the number of your order and the items you want to return. The shipping of the returned item is not included in the refund.
The refund is possible only if the products are not damaged and are in original condition.

A custom made product can not be returned because it’s specially made for you.

Yes, you can! You do not have to have any special skills, just a will. Our master gemcutter will guide you through the process. You can either bring your own stone for cutting or choose one from our collection.

Just contact us via e-mail or phone and we will decide on preferable time and date. Normally the gemcutting workshop takes from 2 to 4 hours.

We will gladly help you to find something special, since we have many contacts with miners all over the world. Finding a unique piece is exciting for us.
