Ordering

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us by e-mail to order@stenbumlingen.se

Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 2-5 working days.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

On custom-made products, the delivery time varies depending on how complicated the manufacturing process is.

If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time) you should contact us at the e-mail address: order@stenbumlingen.se The shipping companies we work with are: Postnord, Fedex, DHL and UPS.
