An exceptional untouched specimen of Rutile on quartz with titanium oxide from Minas Gerais Brazil.
This is a collectors piece.
The reddish metallic tetragonal crystals is rutile. It is more often found as inclusions in quartz crystal but here it grows from inside out as separate shapes.
